Our client is a Global Biotech Company headquartered in the USA with operations in Latin America. They are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist to join their growing global People team. This is a high-impact role for someone with some experience in HR or People Ops who is eager to learn fast, take ownership, and grow in an international company.

You’ll help them design and optimize people processes, manage their HR tech stack, support compliance and compensation efforts, and contribute to making the company a great place to work across all our locations.

What’s the challenge?

You’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing people management processes in a multicultural and dynamic organization. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the team experience, implementing best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with various business areas at a regional level.

💼What You’ll Do

- Drive People Processes: Help design and improve processes like onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

- HR Tech Management: Operate systems like Workable, QultureRocks, Gusto, and TuLegajo.

- Data & Compliance: Ensure accurate employee records, handle audits, and support local/international compliance.

- Internal Communications & Culture: Help execute internal communication plans and organize employee engagement events.

- Workplace Experience: Support global initiatives to build great day-to-day work experiences for our team.

👀 What are we looking for?

- 1–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or similar roles.

- Based in Buenos Aires, fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus!).

- Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of new tasks quickly.

- Ability to work across time zones and with multicultural teams.

- Experience in startups companies is a plus.
